Work Stress...tick tock tick tock

Time seems to be ticking by fast. Have not had time to research about an enema. Just need to keep going. Been stressed at work for the last 3 weeks, so much politics, but thankfully this does not seem to cause me to itch.

Hi i got mixed feelings when i saw ur new entries. U have stop for abt 2mths(aug-oct) then u continue. I suppose ur eczema must have been bothering you that's why you write again. I have recovered from my severely flareup eczema about 2mths ago. I consider it as severe but maybe not so severe as compared to others that i read on the net. The 'recover' is abt 90%. I still itch and scratch here & there. I also scratch my legs almost everynite when i asleep. Is a very difficult habit to break. I've been observing my eczema. I will scratch more at night if i eat egg. My skin will breakout red spots here & there if i eat chicken. But i still need to observe more. I'm now using steroid ointment(elomet)to control. I'm also taking supplements(wheatgrass supershots). I find that if i take this wheatgrass just before i go to sleep, i'll not scratch as hard. But i'm still observing. I'm thinking of buying an acidic moisturiser to apply as i know skin's normal ph should be acidic. Right now the moisturiser i'm using is the organic kind which dun have all those harmful preservatives & ingredients. Hopefully we can both found our award-winning formula soon.

Hey Nivea

Thank you for visiting.

We sound similar. My eczema is about 60% better. I still have patches everywhere (torso, legs, arms, neck, face). But it is such a big improvement than when I first started my journal.

Great to hear you're nearly there. Hope you are able to break your itch scratch cycle on your legs
